Megan has over thirty years experience as an organization development consultant, trainer, executive coach and leader for organizations and businesses. She was President of Raphael-Leritz Consulting, a successful management development company in the Pacific Northwest. Megan also has many years of progressive management experience in organizations including Kaiser-Permanente Medical Care Program, Oregon Region.
