In the last 2 years, Cindy Greenway has spoken with over 400 business owners who were looking for a Virtual Assistant. These potential clients all had one request in common – they wanted a VA who was willing to take initiative and play more of a ‘partner’ role versus simply taking care of administrative tasks – an ingredient most had not found in the Virtual Assistants they had spoken to.
In this session Cindy will take Virtual Assistants through the steps to implementing the ‘mindset’ – from “taking inventory” to providing exactly what the client is looking for.  Participants will learn how to apply this “secret ingredient”, stand apart and think ahead of their clients. The information presented in this session is guaranteed to strengthen current client relationships and help VAs become a magnet for new clients.
BIO: Cindy Greenway, owner of Victoria Business Solutions and partner in the Multiple Streams Team has been in the Virtual Assistant profession since 2003. She quickly filled her VA business with highly respected professionals in the coaching community, helping them automate and build their business. Cindy has also mentored many Virtual Assistants to help them build their skills and find new clients. Her goal is to continue working with VAs as well as educate the business community about the Virtual Assistant industry.
